At Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC, we take your privacy seriously. We collect personal information such as your name address, and contact solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning services. We do not share information with any third parties unless required by law. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Terms of Use for Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC

1. Services Provided
Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:
* Vacuuming carpets and rugs
* Mopping floors
* Dusting furniture and surfaces
* Cleaning bathrooms (sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, mirrors)
* Cleaning kitchens (sinks, countertops, appliances [exterior])

**The Services listed above are considered a "Traditional Cleaning"

*Some services listed are considered a "Traditional Cleaning" and are not necessarily included in a "Tidying Up" cleaning which is a less than a traditional cleaning.  We will be happy to add any of our services to what you have already requested however, please be aware additional charges may apply.

2. Scheduling
* Clients can schedule appointments by calling or texting Terrie directly at 678-673-1460, online at www.TerrieCleans.com and by email at TerrieCleans@gmail.com.
* We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.
3. Payment
* We offer FLAT RATES for most of our cleaning services.  Some exceptions apply, i.e., laundry service which is billed at $20.00 per hour.
* Payment is due after each cleaning. We accept cash, check, credit cards, Venmo and CashApp.

4. Client Responsibilities
* Clients are responsible for putting away personal belongings and valuables before the cleaning. 

*We do not move large furniture to complete our cleaning services.  To reduce the risk of liability, any furniture that needs to be moved to allow us to complete our services, will need to be done so prior to our arrival.  If we are requested to move any items, it is understood that while all reasonable care will be taken to prevent any damage to the items,  the customer understands and accepts liability and responsibility for the items and holds harmless, Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC.
* Clients must secure pets in a crate or separate area during the cleaning.
* Please inform us of any special cleaning instructions or areas of concern beforehand.  We will be happy to accommodate any additional services at that time, provided time allows however, additional fees may apply.  If the additional service cannot be completed at that time, a time will be scheduled for a later date.
5. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
* We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for the service.
* Clients may request that we use their own cleaning products for an additional fee.
6. Insurance and Liability
* Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC, carries general liability insurance.
* We are not liable for damages to fragile items or preexisting damages.
* In the unlikely event of any accidental damage during cleaning, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
7. Termination
* Clients may terminate service at any time without prior written notice.
* We reserve the right to terminate service for any reason without prior written notice.
8. Entire Agreement
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between the client and Terrie's Spic and Span Cleaning Service, LLC, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.
9. Governing Law
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
